Get help
If something does not work, tell us which page you were using, what you expected and what happened. Your browser and device can help us reproduce a problem. Please remove personal information from screenshots and never send passwords or sign-in tokens.
Report a correction
Include the link to the Paper or Lesson, the passage that needs attention and, where possible, the original source or evidence for the correction. For author credits, include the relevant paper and the correct name or attribution. We check reports against the sources before changing an explanation. See our editorial method for how we use and check research.
Report an error or attribution issue
Your data and account
You can request access to or a copy of your data, correct it, ask for its deletion, or request restrictions on its use. You can also ask us to delete your Chiosa account and associated profile, saved items and reading history. These requests are handled by email; opening the link below does not delete anything.
Write from the email address you use to sign in and describe your request. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Do not send your Google password or an identity document unless we have explained why additional verification is necessary.
Request data access or account deletion
Signing out does not delete your account. You can change optional traffic measurement using Traffic preferences in the footer. Read our privacy notice for information about the data used by Chiosa.
